About NAE

Founded in 1942, the National Association of Evangelicals seeks to honor God by connecting and representing evangelical Christians in the United States. It represents more than 45,000 local churches from 40 different denominations and serves a constituency of millions.

We seek to influence society for justice and righteousness and gather the many voices of evangelicals together to be more effective for Jesus Christ and his cause. We also provide resources for ministry leaders, pastors, churches and denominations, and support their ministries with trusted insight.

The voice of the NAE is clearer, stronger and more broadly heard now than ever before. We invite you to join the NAE and play a key role in strengthening the influence of evangelicals in the United States. It is the partnership of evangelicals like you with other individuals, churches, nonprofits, businesses and denominations that make our work possible. The NAE is where we use Influence for Good.

While the NAE headquarters are in Washington, D.C., our staff and constituency live and work all throughout America.
